Senior Account Executive
DemandZEN, voted Best Places to Work 2020 and 2021 by Inc. Magazine, is growing and we are looking for our next Sr. Account Executive to add to our team. This is a full time position and is 100% remote! Must reside in the US.
We're looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial, self-driven Senior Account Executive with experience selling demand generation services to startups, mid-market and enterprise-sized companies. The ideal candidate has a history of selling lead generation services and surpassing sales quotas. The candidate loves the thrill of the hunt, and is able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. You will also have experience navigating through organizations, doing deep discovery, and selling to multiple decision-makers. Once you have established your ability to sell our products, we will work with you to build a team of salespeople to continue to grow the company.
You will play an integral role in helping build the foundation of our growing sales organization. As an early sales hire, you’ll coordinate with the executive management team to define sales initiatives and advance deals as necessary.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- 5+ years of experience in a closing role at a demand generation services company with a record of top performance selling into B2B tech
- 1-2 years of team management experience
- Experience selling marketing services from Startup to Mid-Market to Enterprise customers
- Experience targeting sales, channel partners and marketing (lead generation) Buyer Personas in B2B Tech organizations
- Technically savvy and specifically skilled in using CRM (preferably Salesforce) to manage sales cycles
- Bachelor’s degree and/or early startup experience strongly preferred
